Developing our Team
We want the very best for our team and continually review our training to provide professional development opportunities. In 2019 we introduced the Estate Manager Development Programme (EMDP), which has had an amazing engagement rate, with many managers progressing on to the voluntary Level 4, which involves completing the company funded IRPM Level 2 Foundation course and Exam in Leasehold Management.
We provide buddy mentors, training on Professional Boundaries, Honest Conversations, Emergency First Aid at work training, Health and Safety e-learning modules, and ‘lunchtime learnings’ improving our team’s industry knowledge.
We are always looking to improve and we listen to our team and their suggestions.
