ELM Group Fundraising for Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice

ELM Group was proud to support Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care as its nominated charity in 2023, and were pleased to raise over £1000 for the local charity throughout the year.

The Frimley Team took part in an Accumulator Challenge, which was initially run by Phyllis Tuckwell in 2022, the rules; to start with £50, and to see how much you could multiply this amount through various ventures.

We missed the challenge last year, but decided to expand the challenge and task 5 teams within Head Office to each see how much they could raise from £50. They each had one month in which to come up with the most creative and most profitable ideas to raise money.

Some of the ideas included.....

A book shop, tuck shop (which has been voted to stay), Pub quiz, 'icecream van' (while the weather was hot) home made fudge, plant sales, breakfast station, homemade lunches to order, auctions and so much more!

We are proud to say that as a whole, the team raised an incredible £1,156.01 for the charity through their hard work and creativity
