ELM Group Announces Revolutionary New Scheme: Leasehold Time-Share with Garden Gnomes!
April 1st, 2026 — In a bold move to revolutionise the retirement property sector, ELM Group has announced its most groundbreaking initiative yet: Leasehold Time-Shares with Garden Gnomes™.
Under the new scheme, select retirement communities will be co-managed by a team of AI-enhanced garden gnomes, who will not only oversee landscaping duties but will also provide 24/7 security surveillance (with their glowing eyes), schedule tea times, and offer unsolicited wisdom in rhyming couplets.
Each gnome is “leased” to a property on a rotating monthly basis, complete with its own tiny clipboard, ELM branded waistcoat, and a very firm grasp of service charge regulations.

The pilot program begins this week in Treetop Mews, with additional sites rolling out once the gnomes complete their Level 3 NVQ in Retirement Property Management
Residents and leaseholders are encouraged to report any strange whispering near flower beds or small footprints in mulch as "part of the immersive charm."
