Resident Association Forums Taking Place Across Our Communities This May

We’re pleased to be hosting a series of Resident Association Forums across a number of our independent living communities this May, providing residents with the opportunity to come together, share feedback and engage directly with the senior ELM Group team.

These forums are an important part of how we listen, communicate and strengthen relationships across our estates. Each event offers a welcoming space for open conversation about matters that are important to residents locally, while also helping us continue to improve how our developments are managed and supported.

Topics to be discussed on the day include leasehold & commonhold reform, fire safety (including fire door remedial works), accounts, defibrillators, website review and customer engagement surveys.

The upcoming forums will be held on the following dates and locations:

  • Thursday 7 May
Flers Court, Sambourne Road, Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 9MJ

  • Wednesday 13 May
Primrose Court, Kings Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4YZ

  • Thursday 14 May
Guildford Sunset Homes, Merrow House, Merrow Street, Guildford, GU4 7DE

  • Wednesday 20 May
Andorra Court, 155 Widmore Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 3AE

  • Thursday 21 May
Hesketh Close, Bridge Road, Cranleigh, Surrey, GU6 7JB

Resident Association Forums play a key role in ensuring every community has a voice. By taking the time to listen and engage, we can better understand what matters most within each estate and continue to enhance the independent living experience our developments are known for.

We look forward to meeting residents at these upcoming forums and continuing the conversations that help shape our communities for the future.
