ELM Group Shortlisted for Six Prestigious Industry Awards

We’re delighted to announce that ELM Group has recently been shortlisted for six key industry awards recognising our continued commitment to excellence, growth, and community impact across the leasehold property management sector.

At the Surrey Business Awards taking place on 12th November, we are proud to be finalists in the categories of Employer of the Year and Business Growth — a reflection of our dedication to fostering a supportive workplace culture and our strategic expansion following our major property acquisition last year which significantly expanded our business.

We are equally proud to be shortlisted in a further four categories at the Negotiator Awards which will take place in London on 28th November. ELM Group will be up for Community Champion, Employer of the Year, Block Management Company of the Year, and Property Management Company of the Year.

These nominations really highlight the strength of our operational teams, the quality of our estate management service, and the positive impact of our ethical approach to leasehold management.

With both award ceremonies taking place this month, we’re hopeful for a strong finish to 2025 and to be able to secure recognition for our hard-working team who have gone above and beyond year-on-year to deliver our transparent service and stay true to our values.
