One of our Estate Managers Simon went above and beyond to find a solution when the Alarm System at his estate was failing, he responded several times out of hours and at the weekend to re-set the system and kept the residents informed of the situation, ensuring they knew who to contact in case of an emergency. Simon has received a WOW award for all his hard work, Thank you Simon!
On another Friday night, its always a Friday isn’t it?! we were contacted by the careline to advise us that the BT line was down at another of our estates. I immediately got in touch with Rebecca (out of hours), as she has the expert knowledge of our BT contract. Without hesitation, Rebecca put down her Friday night takeaway and contacted BT.
Thanks to Rebecca we quickly understood what the issue was and, while it couldn’t be fixed, Rebecca immediately called every resident to let them know the system was not working and to use their telephone to call for help if needed. Rebecca continued liaising with BT and found a temporary solution so the system could be reinstated as soon as possible.
In addition, our insurance renewal process is no mean feat and often takes several months of work with our brokers to ensure all cover options have been explored and the information is accurate. In the lead up to our insurance renewal on 30th November, Rebecca worked tirelessly, and often with very tight deadlines, to ensure the process ran smoothly. Well done Rebecca!
