One of our core values is ‘We are prepared to go the extra mile’ and our Area Manager, Laura Sullivan, has successfully saved one of the estates we manage over £20,000!
One of our estates has a Chubb pullcord system which was failing due to its age. We were advised that a new system would be required which would cost a minimum of £20,000 and cause significant disruption for our residents. Laura had recently used a company called SAC at another estate and, knowing they have specialist programming equipment, contacted them to see if there was anything they could do. SAC were able to successfully re-program the system - reinstating this vital service in time for the Christmas break and saving the estate over £20,000!
We are proud of the additional work Laura put in to achieve this and would like to say thank you on behalf of the team and leaseholders. Laura will also receive a Wow Award in recognition of this outstanding work.
