Estate Manager Paul received a WOW for his recent efforts in obtaining a Green Homes Grant from the Government for his Estate. Paul liaised with contractors to get cavity wall insulation put into two of the blocks at his estate. His hard work, perseverance and tenacity has saved the estate a huge £1,719.15 through the grant contribution, and with the new insulation, the residents homes should be kept warmer leading to additional savings on their heating bills in the long run. Well done Paul and thank you for all your hard work!
