Working Pattern at Head Office

Earlier this year we carried out a Covid-19 Health & Safety risk assessment at Head Office, adopted and introduced new measures ensuring we could provide a ‘Covid-secure’ workplace. We have been able to welcome more of our team into the office on a strictly rota basis and at the same time made adjustments to working areas to ensure social distancing rules were, and continue to be, observed.
As a business, and to fulfil our role as property managers, we require an ‘office presence’ to carry out a number of administrative tasks however feel that each department, and the organisation as a whole, has benefitted from a blend of working from home and some office-based interactions.
With a month lockdown effective this Thursday 5 November as a Leadership Team we have reviewed and discussed this and our working pattern at Head Office remains unchanged.
