We’ve thought a lot about kindness over the last few days, and what impacts being kind can have on the wellbeing of both ourselves and the people we are kind to, below are some of the comments we’ve received from appreciative leaseholders in regards to the work our staff are continuing to do at this time:
“Please thank the staff and team that are continuing to work on our behalf during these difficult times”
“I would just like to say how helpful Tracey has been to me since lockdown started. Nothing has been too much trouble. She has also checked on me a couple of times a week as she knows I am on my own. She is a very sociable person and I am very grateful for her help”
“On behalf of the residents we would like to thank Della for continuing to clean the bannisters, handles and lift each morning with antiseptic wipes in order to keep us safe. Our thanks extend to Heather and Graham who continue to do this over the weekends”
“I just had to write in praise of Ann our manager. She has worked tirelessly throughout this dreadful period of time, shopping & checking on us all. I cannot find enough words to praise her enough, she has gone above & beyond her normal duties in caring for everyone here. I hope everyone at Elm Group is aware of what a treasure she is to us all”
It is an act of kindness in itself to take a quick moment to show appreciation for the little things people do to brighten your day, so please why not take the time to thank a colleague who has helped you, a friend or family member who’s done something thoughtful, or praise someone on a job well done.
