RLHA (Retirement Lease Housing Association) Group (now Elm Group) was originally founded in 1971 as a not-for- profit association and pioneered what was then a revolutionary new concept in providing independent retirement housing by building the very first independent living retirement development in East Sussex. Since then we have grown and become a trusted and established managing agent of choice by leaseholders, branching out to include developments that are non-retirement too. Now we currently manage over 2,500 homes on over 100 developments.
