ELM Group Staff Conference 2016

On 28th September all ELM Group employees gathered for their annual conference and this years' was extra special as it was our 45th anniversary since we were established in 1971.

Lorraine Collis, our Chief Executive, opened the Conference with an inspiring speech encouraging everyone to ‘think bigger’.

We believe in challenging ourselves, in thinking differently with the aim to provide the best possible service to our clients, leaseholders and all our employees.

By investing in training all our employees we are improving their ability and giving them more confidence to deal with any issues and challenges they may encounter. We held a number of workshops and talks covering different aspects of property management and improvement of internal and external communication.

However the conference is not all work and no play and during lunch everyone was invited to take part in a 70’s based quiz. Although prizes weren’t given this didn’t stop the majority of attendees having a go and answering the questions – great spirit!

The conference ended with an awards presentation to a selection of staff for making a difference and long service recognitions.
