ELM is shortlisted for a prestigious industry award

ELM Group’s founding company Retirement Leasehold Housing Association (RLHA) is announced as a finalist in this year’s ACE Awards, hosted by The Property Institute.

We’re thrilled that RLHA has been recognised as a finalist in this year’s ACE Awards 2025, shortlisted in the Managing Agent of the Year (2001 - 5000 units) category.

Each finalist has been selected for their standout achievements, innovation, and excellence across our industry, showcasing the very best of what our sector has to offer.

We’re incredibly proud to have made the shortlist in recognition of our exceptional team and the momentous couple of years we’ve had as a business.

The ACE Awards 2025 will be held at Old Billingsgate, London, in June and will cast a dazzling spotlight on the outstanding organisations whose achievements have helped enhance the lives of millions of leaseholders.

There is some steep competition this year and we wish all those shortlisted the very best of luck. We are looking forward to celebrating with everyone in June.
