A Busy Year at ELM Group

As we approach the end of another busy year at ELM Group, we want to take the time to look back on some of our achievements and milestones from 2023 and celebrate the organisations and teams successes.

New Business

We took on the management of 47 new estates across the UK, and look forward to working with the freeholders and residents at these estates in 2024.

50th Anniversary of Vicarage Close

In March of 2023 we celebrated the 50th Anniversary of our founding Estate, and marked the historic occasion with an on-site garden reception for residents with local afternoon tea.

The development of Vicarage Close represented the beginning of many firsts for RLHA which now manages an impressive portfolio of 155 estates across the United Kingdom.

The Launch of our new Website

We launched our new company website back in July, which really represents who we are as a company, and showcases our incredible history as pioneers in the leasehold retirement industry.

The project spanned several months working with our web developer Ed at RedhotRockit

Sustainability and Recycling

We introduced a number of sustainable projects and initiatives across our estates, including; a major solar panel installation project, which was the first of its kind in the UK; using sustainable materials for major works projects to replace timber support beams; and introducing compost heaps to several estates.

An Award Winning Property Management company

In 2023 ELM Group were nominated for a number of awards, and were proud to be shortlisted for 5 categories across the ARMA Ace Awards, and The Negotiator Awards.

We were pleased to be recognised and highly commended for Employer of the Year with ARMA and to win 3 Silver Awards for Employer of the Year, Property Management Company of the Year and Block Management Company of the Year The Negotiator Awards.

We welcomed 47 new team members in 2023 across our Head Office and Estates, many through the recent acquisition. We also introduced 7 new positions to expand our team and service this year, and we are looking forward to welcoming more team members as we onboard the second and third tranches of estates in February and March of next year.

Local and Industry Coverage

With lots of new business opportunities, new team members and exciting news in 2023, we were featured in lots of local and industry news outlets. Some of the key news items included; a major acquisition, new strategic appointments and the anniversary of our very first estate.
