ELM Group Welcomes New Head of Estates

Maria Bevan will be taking the reins from the incumbent Head of Estates, William Duncan

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Maria Bevan as our new Head of Estates. Maria brings a wealth of experience in the property management sector with a track-record for delivering operational excellence and strategic planning, most recently in her 7-year post at Orbit Group.  

Maria joins ELM Group at an exciting time of continued growth and innovation. Her leadership will be instrumental in driving forward our estate services strategy and enhancing the value we deliver to residents and clients across our growing portfolios.

Maria will be succeeding William Duncan, who has been a dedicated member of our ELM Group team for nearly 15 years, including the last two years as Head of Estates. William has played a vital role in shaping the estates team and has made a lasting impact through his leadership and contributions across various roles within the organisation.
