Annual Consultation Forums – 2022

This year, post-Covid restrictions, ELM Group were delighted to be able to hold Annual Consultation Forums for our leaseholders.
The forums are hosted by ELM Groups Chief Executive, Lorraine Collis, with members of the Leadership Team and Area Managers. These gatherings provide the perfect opportunity to meet and discuss various topics, whilst getting to know leaseholders from neighbouring developments.
The forums last approximately 3 hours including a sandwich lunch and this year we covered the following topics: -
- An update from our Leaseholder Board Member, Perry Davies
- Our role as managing agent
- Fire Safety Act 2021 & Building Safety Bill
- Value for Money
- Customer Focus Surveys
- Future plans
During the Forums and in correspondence afterwards we had some positive feedback and received some great suggestions too. Whilst it is unusual for managing agents to arrange meetings like this we feel that they are invaluable and an incredibly important part of our unique offering.
