I joined ELM Group a year ago and it’s been a very enjoyable and successful year. As a company ELM Group focuses on delivering outstanding management to our clients and lessees.  We do this by constantly developing initiatives to ensure that our day to day management is as effective as possible with complete transparency coupled with the fact that we do not accept commission’s enables us to be the leading residential management property company in the South of England.

These values make my job as Business Development Manager a little easier. In the past twelve months we have been invited to tender for a number of new estates and have had the pleasure of welcoming 6 new estates to our portfolio and are awaiting to hear from a further 4.  Our newly acquired leasehold and freehold units vary from small manorial estates to modern blocks of flats occupied by busy professionals.  Our new residents firmly believe in our innovation and dedication to our clients, leaseholders and staff.

Our values have not changed since the company was first set up over 45 years ago. The relationship between employees, contractors and leaseholders is professional, trustworthy and based on integrity.
