Leaseholder Board Member Opportunity
08 Mar 2016
Apply to become an ELM Group Board Member
We have an exciting opportunity for one of our leaseholders to become an RLHA and ELM Board Member.
The Boards exist to set the direction and objectives for ELM, monitor performance and to safeguard and promote the longevity of the Association. The Board is currently made up of 8 people, with one of these being a leaseholder, all coming from a variety of backgrounds such as banking, local government, running corporate business’s and surveying.
Due to the current Leaseholder Board Member’s 3 year term coming to an end later this year we are inviting applications for the role. We are particularly interested in people with skills or knowledge relating to business acumen, property management, legal services, financial awareness or housing experience however this is not essential and you may have experience in a completely different sector.
The Board meets 10 times a year with an additional Strategy Day usually in September.
What really matters to us is that you have experience of life as a leaseholder and the enthusiasm to help ELM achieve our aims and objectives over a 3 year term as a Board Member.
Remuneration: £2450.00 per annum plus reasonable expenses
If you are interested in finding out more about the role and the application process please contact Gemma Lane on 01252 356004 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
