Develop With Us
We produce a comprehensive induction to help new staff get to grips with their new role. This includes some time with the team at Head Office, a site handover/visits to neighbouring estates, where appropriate, as well as full support from your line manager and the rest of the team.
All new members of our team go through a six month probationary period, when performance is reviewed and training needs identified and addressed.
Our staff are encouraged to undertake professional qualifications. We love it when employees say they want to undertake professional training. All requests will be considered on an individual basis.
Everyone will have regular meetings with their line manager throughout the year, and a formal annual performance review.
Every year all team members attend our Staff Conference, which is a great opportunity to network with colleagues, reflect on the past year and learn more about future objectives for the organisation.
